Forming and developing scientific-and-methodological provision of Belaruss university education in the period of the 1920s-1930s

 

 

 

In 2016, within the framework of the state program of scholarly research, the staff of the Center for Issues of Education Development at the Belarusian State University started work on the theme Forming and developing scientific-and-methodological provision of Belaruss university education in the period of the 1920s-1930s.

The research is aimed at analyzing historical of intergenerational continuity in the field of stratified action which is usually ascribed to educational tradition. Relationship with tradition also acquires special importance in the context with upcoming developments the accession of the Republic of Belarus to the Bologna process.

The goal of the research is formation of data base of the scholarly-methodological provision of Belaruss university education in the 1920s 1930s and preparing methodological recommendations of its usage.

The objectives which are planned to achieve in the process of developing the above theme will help describe the genesis terms of the scholarly-methodological provision of the university education in the first years of its existence; to identify the mechanism of providing continuity (breakdown) of tradition of the scholarly-methodological interaction at the university; study ways of mediating interaction between an instructor and a student, as well as do reconstruction of programming techniques and their interaction.
